The establishment of Africa Entrepreneurs Mastermind, AEM, stems from the founder's vision to eradicate competition among entrepreneurs and foster a culture of collaboration. The aim is to collectively generate wealth for present and future generations by pooling scarce resources.

Our belief is grounded in the recognition that Africa, including Zambia and South Africa, possesses a wealth of natural resources, yet lacks the necessary drive, intellectual capacity, desire, political will, and initiatives to translate these resources into meaningful wealth that can positively transform the lives of its people. Rather than waiting for external forces from the West or East to bring development to our countries and the continent, AEM seeks to take proactive steps. Through collaborative efforts, starting with AEM, we aspire to influence and attract like-minded individuals with common goals, gradually making an impact at the family, district, country, and ultimately continental levels.
